Hey there! If you don’t have a reliable check valve tool handy, no worries—we’re happy to help by swapping out your check valve for you at no extra service fee. You’d just cover the cost of the new check valve and the shipping to get your tank or fount back to you. Here’s how we can make it happen:

   1. Jot down a quick note letting us know you’d like your check valve replaced, and toss it in with your fount. Please include your return address and email and phone number so we can reach you.
   2. Send us your fount with the note. Shipping is usually cheaper if you send just the tank, but whole appliances are okay if that’s easier—just skip the glass globes, please! USPS Ground Advantage is typically the most budget-friendly option at your local post office. Mailing address is below 👇

   3. Once we get it, we’ll swap out the old check valve for a new one.
   4. We’ll email you an invoice for the check valve and return shipping costs. As soon as that’s settled, we’ll ship it right back to you.

Simple as that! Let us know if you have any questions—we’re here to help!

👉🏻 Just a quick heads-up—this offer applies specifically to Coleman appliances that use the 200-6381 check valve (you can find more details HERE). That part works with a bunch of Coleman models, like the 206, 220s, 222, 228s, 229, 236, 237, 242B, 242C, 247, 335, 339, 285, 286, 288, 290, 295, and plenty of others, plus most suitcase and single-burner stoves. If you’re not quite sure whether your appliance is eligible, feel free to reach out and ask us first—we’d be happy to double-check for you before you send anything our way. Our email is support@oldcolemanparts.com

If your current check valve is already damaged from removal attempts, we won't be able to offer this service to that appliance.
