- We guarantee every product we sell. If one of our products does not meet your expectations we promise to offer a replacement or refund. Please see return policy below before returning any items.
Incorrect Item
- If you received an incorrect item, as the result of an error by us, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge.
Returns and Exchanges
- When returning an item, please include a copy of your receipt and an explanation as to why it is being returned. Also include all instructions, tags and any other original packing material that belong with your returned items.
- Must be unused, not installed and in resalable condition.
- Insure your shipment for full value of purchase as we are not responsible for packages that are lost during the return shipping.
- All returns must be postmarked no later than 60 days from the original shipment date.
- Parts will be refunded, but the original shipping and return shipping are not refundable.
