I used this packing on a 200A valve. I could barely turn the cleaner handle even after heating it up and soak it in oil. The key to doing this job is to heat up the elbow in the pricker before you try to bend it straight or else it will snap off. Once the bend it straight you can pull off the jam nut and then it's just the tedious task of chipping out the old packing until every crumb it out or else the arm won't slide free. Use plenty of brake cleaner to help chip out the old stuff! Once every piece of the old gland is removed you can then install the new gland and the jam nut. Line up the e block and make sure everything spins and works right before you tighten the jam nut. Now heat up the stim again and bend it down again to put the elbow back in the rod. Do a final pressure test to check for leaks. You just want the jam nut tight enough to stop any leak but not so tight that it's a struggle to spin the leaver. The 200 I did this to is now my favorite 200 to run because the main valve with new packing and the cleaner with new packing is just butter smooth and so easy to operate. Good luck and if you need any help or other questions find me in the groups on FB! Happy Fettling!
