It features the updated design with a smaller air stem head; the included new stem is designed to replace your existing one entirely.

    Very good looking part. It has the smaller threaded air stem. The stem I received did require a few extra turns with pliers to completely seat the stem into the CV. It seemed like I was almost turning it too far, but that's what it took. Now I am very pleased with it.
