This is a used inner disc for the old 3 piece caps. May or may not have old gasket but one will be provided for you if needed. All will vary in amount of wear.
HERE is a new filler cap screw if needed.
Used brass filler cap. Will all vary in wear and amount of brass faded. Fits the model 242, 242A, 242B, 242C, 242K, 243, 243A, 247, 249 lanterns and the model 500 stove.
Will come with a new gasket for you to install if needed.
This is the small part that attaches to the filler cap screw so you can hook the chain to it.

This is the brass screw used in M-1950 stove valve knob. Can also for 242 pumps where the top of the pump fits inside the fount..
This gasket is for the model 227, 427, 220/228 Slant lanterns, most winged style fuel caps, early 220B's, and other similar lanterns and lamps that have the older style cap insert.
It is the same outside diameter as the common three piece cap gasket but has a smaller inside hole.

This will not seal they typical Coleman lantern cap.
Smaller diameter leather pump cup for the model 427 lantern. Measures roughly 3/4" at it's widest point.
A fellow collector has shared with us that it will also fit the Akron 107 with a built on pump.

This tool has both a wide and slim slot for almost all check valves and makes changing check valves very easy - will only take a few minutes if used properly.

These are the updated design that uses a smaller head on the air stem. You won't need your current air stem any more as this comes with a new one that is updated and replaces your old one.
If your part diagram calls for the 242B5381 or a 621-5361 check valve, then this would be the correct part. It is also known as part number 2006381ZCL.
