After every purchase, an email is sent with a copy of your invoice. After that when your package is shipped, you will get another email that contains your tracking information.

If you did not get the email or just need some help, send an email to and we will look into it and get back to you as soon as we can. We monitor our email for shipping questions 7 days a week except for major holidays.

You can also log in and see your account information and purchases HERE. If it has shipped, tracking numbers will be there.

Typically, your package should reach you within 3-6 days of placing an order. If your item was small and had free shipping, those items are sent by stamped envelopes and will take a bit longer to arrive. There is no tracking for stamped envelopes. 

Shipping prices are auto calculated from the USPS. It takes into account your address, the weight of your parts, and box size. You can see the cost of shipping before finalizing payment in your shopping cart.
