This is an original 220 Coleman vent. The black porcelain finish was custom done by Independence Porcelain Enamel (IPE). This is for the late 220F made after 1971 and also the G, H, K and J models. These fit on a wider burner frame, but will also fit on the early F with a smaller frame but will be a bit loose.
This vent will fit only the 220F model with a smaller burner frame made up to about 1971. After that, the F model used a different burner frame that included 4 bumps where the uprights are fastened. If the top of your burner frame has bumps, this vent will not fit. See photo below for an example.
