This is the common Coleman check valve and air stem that fits most styles of lanterns and stoves made after 1946 and some before that date. These are the updated design that uses a smaller head on the air stem. You won't need your current air stem any more as this comes with a new one that is updated and replaces your old one.
If your part diagram calls for the 242B5381 or a 621-5361 check valve, then this would be the correct part. It is also known as part number 2006381ZCL.
These Peerless mantles work well on single mantle lanterns. Made in India. They are the same size as the Coleman 99 mantles. A little bigger than the 2C-HG mantles but not as big as the 111 mantles. 2 per pack.

It has a new pump leather installed. It may show signs of wear and surface rust. Could have some light wrench marks on the knurled portion of the cap. It won't be all rounded off or in bad shape. You are purchasing the style labeled "Thick" with the thicker knurled portion which is 5/16" thick.
