Peerless 2C-HG mantles, 4 per pack (M01). These are the most popular size mantles for many Coleman lanterns and lamps. Same size as Coleman 21A mantles and fit models including 200, 200A, 201, 214, 220, 228, 249, 275, 282, 285, 286, 288, 290, 295, 5100 series, 5150 series, 9950, 9960 and most other Coleman pressure lanterns. Treated with thorium at the factory for bright white light. Known for being more durable and rugged than standard mantles. Made in India. Burn off outdoors first due to smoke.

- JoeOct 19, 2025, 06:43 AMI just installed them in a 275 Coleman and they are very bright, as someone stated burn them off outside because they do put off a lot of nasty smoke.
- KCOct 9, 2011, 07:02 PMVery bright, very strong. My old 200a is brighter with this mantle than my new 639c with its Coleman mantle. The Peerless gives off a bright white light, as opposed to the yellow glow of the new Coleman mantles. Highly recommended.

They contain nasty stuff, burn them off outdoors.
