530 Pocket Stove

Here is a kit of the most commonly used parts when repairing most lanterns and stoves. Buying kits saves in overall cost and comes with free shipping anywhere in the USA.

Used case for a 530 stove. Has wear from age and use but still in good condition.
The 530's were made from 1946-1950 for both the U.S. and the Canadian market.
Originally these were called the "G.I. Pocket Stove" because the G.I.'s returning home enjoyed using the 520 stove made for the military. 

This is a 10 PACK of the common Coleman pump cup that fits most lanterns and stoves.

Has a 7/8 inch diameter and is made in the USA of oiled leather.

Used 530 valve with vaporizer

This is a 10 PACK - Typically used to stop a fuel leak from the valve stem on older appliances.

This is the larger valve stem packing. It is 5/16" long. The hole diameter is 1/4". It would be used on most modern lanterns, lamps, and stoves. This will only work on valve stems that are 1/4" in width.

425F stoves could use either this or the P2 packing. Make sure your stem diameter is 1/4" for this part. If it is smaller, you need the P2 HERE.

Coleman made the same product under two different part numbers. This is the same as part number 118B6201 and 118D6201. 

Made of 100% graphite.

This is a new, reproduction 3 piece cap. Excellent craftsmanship. This is not the type with a hole in the side.

Used pump for the model 530 stove. Will have a new pump leather and work just fine.

Used top half of a 530 stove - Comes with burner supports.

Rebuild kit for the 530 Pocket Stove. Includes a new reproduction generator (also called a vaporizer), valve stem packing, new leather pump cup, and a fuel cap gasket.

Reproduction fuel tube for the model 200, 202 and 242 series lanterns. Also fits the 530 stove.

New reproduction generator (also called a vaporizer). Includes new gas tip, screen, and tip cleaning wire. Fits the model 530 pocket stove.

New old stock filler cap and chain for the military lantern. Will also fit any Coleman lantern or stove that used the standard size filler cap. I am 99% sure these filler caps came from the old SMP factory.

Used dark red knob for the 530 stove. Same as the 200a or 220 knob just a darker burgundy color.

Pre-heater cup for the model 237 lantern. This is a new production cup made out of brass. It is very high quality and fits the 237 nice and snug. Will also fit a 530 stove if you want to install a PH cup on it.

This filler cap is made by the Amish so you can pump up your lantern or stove with a bicycle pump. Fits most all styles of lanterns and stoves.

Used AGM Cap. Has a steel screw and new filler cap gasket. This filler cap has the AGM hole in top.  Shows signs of wear. Could be any combination of the following; wrench marks, oxidization, or fading.

This is a 10 PACK for the one-piece filler caps. If your filler cap looks like the one pictured, then this gasket is the correct one. If your filler cap has a screw in the center of it, then this gasket will not work. The red filler cap is shown for illustration purposes only and is not included.

This is a used one piece filler cap. Paint may be chipped or missing andwill vary in wear. Gray in color like the new production Dual Fuel models. Includes a new gasket for you to install.

This 10 pack of gaskets are for many lanterns, stoves, and lamps that take the standard 3 piece filler cap.  If your filler cap is a standard size and has a bolt in the center then these gaskets will work. Red 3 piece filler cap shown for demonstration purposes only.

Reproduction brass generator nut for the model 530 stove. Also correct for the model 237 and 249 lanterns.

Stainless steel diffuser plate for the model 530 stove. 4 inch diameter. Professionally cut.

This is a used one piece brass filler cap. Wear will vary.

Reproduction needle for the 530 vaporizer. Will also work on the M1950 vaporizer.

Eccentric block for the model 530 stove.

This is a reproduction flame diffuser plate for the 520 and 530 stoves. These are very nice plates. Professionally cut. 4 inch diameter.

Graphite ribbon. It is 1/4 inch wide and 12 inches long. It is scalloped to make it more flexible for wrapping. Works for tip cleaner assemblies or any other thing where the normal graphite packing won't fit. It is easily cut with a pair of scissors to fit whatever you might need.

Vaporizer screen for the model 530 stove. Would also work in other similar military stove vaporizers such as the M1950, 523 and 520. To install, roll between fingers to reduce diameter slightly, and insert into generator/vaporizer.

This is a new metal filler funnel. Small and easy to pack. See its size in the last photos where it is being used on a fount. Works well for standard sized filler caps. Will not work for the smaller filler caps on models 242, 243, 247, 249 lanterns with the smaller cap or the 500 stove.

Air stem for the 530 stove.

This is a used inner disc for the old 3 piece caps. May or may not have old gasket but one will be provided for you if needed. All will vary in amount of wear.

HERE is a new filler cap screw if needed.

4 Screws W/Washer Stainless For 530

This is a new brass retainer ring used on the bottom of many Coleman valve stems. This is designed for a 1/4" valve stem diameter, but can be cut for the smaller 3/16" versions if needed. You will need to open it up, place it over the valve stem, then bend it back. This is used to hold the bushing in place in front of the valve stem packing.
